Just plain ole' B.S. today!
Since it is Monday, I thought that we would have a little humor today. I always try to put a smile on someone's face and I thought today would be just a good as any. I just had this gut feeling that some of our buddies were down today and hopefully I can at least put some type of smile on their face. So here goes! Plus, I'm at a loss for words. Didn't really have any excitement over the weekend. Just really plain ole' boring. Same ole' shit.... cleaning, cooking and sleeping late. I think my muse is still sleeping. Looks like I'm going to have to replace her. Maybe someone can find me a replacement cause I ain't doing so well......
MARTHA'S WAY OR MAXINE'S WAY
YOU DECIDE!

*Martha's Way*
Stuff a miniature marshmallow in the bottom of a sugar cone to prevent ice cream drips.
To keep potatoes from budding, place an apple in the bag with the potatoes.
When a cake recipe calls for flouring the baking pan, use a bit of the dry cake mix instead and there won't be any white mess on the outside of the cake.
If you accidentally oversalt a dish while it's still cooking, drop in a peeled potato and it will absorb the excess salt for an instant "fix-me-up." Wrap celery in aluminum foil when putting in the refrigerator and it will keep for weeks.
Brush some beaten egg white over pie crust before baking to yield a beautiful glossy finish.
Cure for headaches: take a lime, cut it in half and rub it on your forehead. The throbbing will go away. If you have a problem opening jars, try using latex dishwashing gloves. They give a non-slip grip that makes opening jars easy.

*Maxine's Way * Just suck the ice cream out of the bottom of the cone, for Pete's sake! You are probably lying on the couch with your feet up eating it, anyway!
Buy Hungry Jack mashed potato mix, keep it in the pantry for up to a year. Go to the bakery! They'll even decorate it for you.
If you oversalt a dish while you are cooking, that's too bad. Please recite with me the real woman's motto: "I made it and you will eat it and I don't care how bad it tastes!" Celery? Never heard of it! The Mrs. Smith frozen pie directions do not include brushing egg whites over the crust so I don't. Take a lime, mix it with tequila, chill and drink! Go ask that very cute neighbor if he can open it for you. Leftover wine??????????? HELLO !!!!!!!
Personally, I prefer Maxine's Way!! ;-) We have 2 new blogs to add to our daily readings. *throws hands up in the air and shouts* THANK. YOU. JESUS!!!! ANNDI PANTS HAS MOVED INTO THE WORLD OF BLOGGING!!! WOOOOOO! and....... AM has entered into the world of blogging. Can't wait to read all her perviness... LMOO ;-) I will be linking both real soon! Enough B.S. for today... Until tomorrow! Lee Ann
